Roger Byrne

Roger Byrne, Managing Director, Sensei International Singapore

Roger has extensive experience of working in Singapore and across Asia, with public and private sector, local and multinational organisations, to implement experiences that drive sustainable behavioural change in individuals and organisations.

As a facilitator and coach, Roger works with teams and individuals to help them identify their strengths and development gaps, and to create practical and achievable development plans.

Roger has filled a number of senior management and consulting roles, including Director of Tailored Programmes for Roffey Park Asia Pacific, Director of Leadership Development Asia Pacific for the Center for Creative Leadership and Director of Human Resources Development, Asia Pacific, for DHL Worldwide Express. He has designed, implemented and managed leadership development processes, talent and succession planning, performance management and career planning, executive development and competency systems. Before moving fully into HRD, Roger spent 15 years in Information Technology working at all levels of software development and implementation, including project management, consultancy, and training.
