SENSE FROM SENSEI:

The Olympics are over but what did we learn from them?
Our Chairman, Tim Vernon, was lucky enough to visit the Olympics and he tells us what lessons he took away which can be applied to business.
Richard Ferguson invites you to take a quick 10 minute test to see if there are any critical performance improvement opportunities within your organisation.
We revisit Malcolm Follos' great article - ''How To Win"- Tapping the Power of Discretionary Effort - he looks at how the British 4 man rowing team prepared for the Beijing Olympics and keeping the nautical theme our video clip delves into the thoughts behind Roz Savage's life changing decision.

In this Sense from Sensei our aim is to share some of these with you in order that they may act as a trigger for you to identify some of the challenges you face in your organisation. As the operational treadmill continues its relentless pace, take ten minutes to step back and see if there are any critical performance improvement opportunities.
