The limit often isn’t the lack of strategy, capital or technology. There is a ‘non-technical’ barrier. By implication, there is therefore an adaptive opportunity. That’s leadership.

Through our global work helping organizations improve their success through leadership we have realised that the biggest adaptive barrier is lack of trust and synergy. Most organizations therefore ineffectively apply the talent of their people for creative and productive purposes. Companies then become less than the sum of their parts rather than more.
