Gerald 'The General' Abeyawardena is a world-class Leadership success and change Coach. He heads Sensei's Singapore office with a blend of empathy, passion, pragmatism, and keen insight into making real change happen.
'The General' is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), with over 26 years of general management and Change Management experience in the UK, Middle East, Asia Pacific and South Asia Regions. He has a Technology and Management degree from Brunel University (UK), complemented by a Post-Graduate qualification in Management.
He developed Total Quality Management (TQM), Customer Care, Product & Project Management within British Telecom. In Sensei, 'The General' has been extensively trained by Omar Khan in Continuous Improvement (CI), Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques and Leadership Development.
Whilst specializing overall in Change Management, the General's other key areas of expertise are Organizational Development, Needs Analyses (including Baldridge-based interventions) and Customer Care.

Elsa is the customer care manager for Sensei International Singapore. She is the key contact person for clients in Singapore as well as in the Asian region. Elsa is an accomplished facilitator who ensures clients get both the practical support and the full learning value from Sensei interactions.
She has considerable sales and marketing, customer service and office management experience. She has worked with top executives from companies like DaimlerChrysler and Ritz-Carlton for several years. With Sensei she has facilitated leadership journeys for senior regional leaders in Malaysia and Japan.

Dr. Ajantha Dharmasiri, Associate Management Consultant

As a Management Consultant of Sensei International specializing in 'Change Engineering', Ajantha's clients include companies such as Unilever and Maersk as well as many local companies in Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
His doctorate on Strategic Human Resource Management, involving a South Asian regional study sponsored by Commonwealth AMDISA doctoral scholarship enabled him to broaden his scope of training and consultancy with emphasis on people development. His early engineering qualifications and experience at Unilever provided a solid base for building his subsequent HR experience with Hemas Holdings, Clipsal and Nestle.

Roger Harrison, Senior Change Catalyst, Sensei International

Roger is unusual. He combines powerful creative thinking and real originality with deep professional expertise in HR and leadership in Asian businesses.
Roger graduated from Balliol College Oxford as a historian, trained in Personnel Management at the then Kingston Polytechnic, and has lived in France , Germany , Holland , Australia and Singapore .
Roger has worked for local government, the British professional institute of Personnel Management and, for 27 years with Unilever, of which the last half were in global or Asian regional roles. His original expertise was in labor relations at international. National and plant levels. He has been Personnel Director of Unilever Australasia, and of two mini-multinationals within Unilever based in Holland . He has twice been a senior corporate officer with responsibilities for senior management remuneration and for corporate HR strategy. He was for many years a member of Unilever's corporate policy bodies for the environment, for issues management and for threat management. He has been the senior HR line executive for Unilever in three regional roles - covering in turn North Africa Middle East and Central Asia , Central Asia and China , and all-Asia. For many years he also headed environment and safety policy, and threat and issues management in those regions.
Roger is motivated by intellectual challenge. He enjoys helping others to break through a seemingly intractable problem, or to build complex disparate activities into a coherently whole strategy and implementation plan.

Gerry Mc Auley, Senior Consultant

Gerry Mc Auley is an excellent, highly professional management consultant and trainer with a wealth of experience of working with blue chip clients on major assignments, both in the UK and internationally.
Before becoming a management consultant in 1997, Gerry spent twenty years in a variety of key roles within a large UK public sector organisation including operations management, internal consulting and management training. In that time, Gerry led a number of successful business process re-engineering and other change projects, and also supported large systems development and implementation projects.

Masooma Kachelo, Senior Training Consultant

Masooma Kachelo is a trained psychologist, hypnotherapist, trainer, & coach. She has six years of clinical, workshop development & facilitation experience. Masooma has an Llb (hons.) from the UK, Masters Degree in Family & Systems Therapy from Indiana State University, and is trained in Hypnotherapy by the Wellness Institute in Seattle. As a trainer Masooma has conducted workshops for: Unilever Asia, Novartis, National Bank, Indiana's Court System, and local and U.S. based NGOs. Leslie Khan, Partner / Customer Care - Sensei International

Leslie is a leading global facilitator and customer care manager for Sensei International. She is one of the co-founders of Sensei.
After a degree in Business Adminstration, Leslie launched a career as a successful entrepreneur in the US, heading a highly profitable sales team in the air and water filtration market. She was one of the pioneers of the specialised facilitation support that has made Sensei learning experiences so distinctive to clients around the world.
She heads the global facilitation team who support the lead consultants and deliverers. She also liaises with key clients across a wide variety of cultural contexts. She has helped to co-facilitate key sessions throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and South Asia. She is a key internal coach for Sensei International.

Naazir Khan, Managing Consultant

After graduating in Law from Punjab University Law College Lahore Naazir went on for further studies to Free University Berlin, Germany for Management courses as well as becoming a qualified interpreter (being fluent in German). He spent 8 years in Germany and traveled extensively in Europe. He ran his own business as a director of computer institute in Pakistan but his genuine interest in people development and the keen study of human psyche has resulted in his involvement in self-development programs. He is certified in many self-development programs like, Autogenous training (Germany), Yoga, TM, Silva Mind Control, Reiki, Avatar and finally found NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) as a source of inspiration and permanent change. Naazir joined Omar Khan, a pioneer in bringing NLP to Pakistan, in 1994 and has facilitated many of his workshops thereby liberating himself from the old indoctrinated paradigms and shifting to the paradigm of enlightenment, learning the technology and developing himself into an NLP trainer. He is a member of the team with Omar Khan who founded Training 2000, the forerunner of Sensei International. Sameera Khan Malik, Senior Consultant

With over 15 years of work experience, Sameera joined Sensei in 2003. She has a diverse range of work experience with private, multinational and government organization. Her broad work experience makes her a consultant with a practical perspective on what makes people successful.
After a short stint with Unilever Pakistan, Sameera worked in sales at Laura's, a leading fashion retailer in Canada, as Deputy Director for The British Council Karachi, as a training Consultant with LEAD Pakistan and PIM ,and then as a consultant with Sensei Karachi.
At Sensei, Sameera has done several consultancy projects with a multinational shipping giant. Her consultancy projects included implementing a 360-degree appraisal project, external customer reviews and conducting one to one coaching. She has run several in house training programs in communications and interpersonal skills for BP, Engro, PPTA, Siemens, CIDA and OMV. Sameera has also facilitated leadership journeys led by Omar Khan for Unilever Vietnam, BAT Singapore and Maersk.

Patrick graduated from the University of Westminster with a B.A.Honours in Business Studies, and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing since 1983. He has lived in Brazil, Venezuela, Turkey, Chile and Singapore, where for the last 10 years he has focused principally on ASEAN countries. He has also had experience in the Middle East and Africa.

Farzana Siddique is the Country Operations Manager for Sensei International, managing the Bangladesh Business as well as neighbouring South Asian Countries. She is accomplished in identifying client needs and recommending value adding solutions.
She also specializes in Customer Care and has supported Senior Consultants at Sensei International in delivering high quality change initiatives by adding the much required Customer Care inputs, tailored to customer needs for the various Sensei International Clients in the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and Bangladesh.
