Ian graduated from University College London with an honours degree in Biochemistry and spent his early career in the food industry before moving into management consultancy. He has worked with three companies that have topped the Times’ best 100 companies to work for poll – Mars, World Class International and Microsoft.
He has designed, directed and implemented a number of large-scale, major transformational change programmes in multi-national, multi-cultural, multi-functional and multi-facility environments and has considerable international experience having worked in the following countries:
Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Mauritius, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Uganda, UK and USA.
Ian is also an award winning, internationally published, best-selling author, lecturer and keynote conference speaker, with numerous magazine articles and four books to his credit amongst which his train-the-trainer coaching manual has been translated into 9 languages and is on sale in 13 countries.
