Prior to Sensei, Malcolm has held senior management and consultancy roles at Pirelli, Rockwell International and Coopers & Lybrand, as well as establishing his own consultancy firm, The Bowman Group (formerly York MDM). He is a trusted partner to the boards of FTSE 250 & Fortune 500 organizations.
In addition, Malcolm is a regular on the UK and global business speaker circuits, with recent engagements including CIMA and DuPont’s Annual Global Leadership conference.
